Bulin 47 Video remains in validation with public video generation closed. Waffo payments are available for one-time video allowances; purchasing does not unlock generation. We store the associated account, order, amount, payment status and fulfillment records. Card details are submitted through Waffo checkout; this site does not receive full card numbers.
Device drafts and accounts
Your starting image can be saved as a device draft with a 24-hour validity window. Only one authorized image is required. The product fixes original freestyle motion instructions and video settings; no custom prompts, reference-video or audio uploads are accepted. Clear draft removes local image inputs; it does not delete uploaded server files or historical account records. Account registration stores details you submit, such as name and email, and uses session cookies for authentication. Support tickets store the messages and attachments you send. Do not include passwords, payment-card information or API keys.
Validation processing
The new one-image workflow uses native MiniMax H3 image-to-video through Metaso. The product fixes original freestyle motion instructions, an approximately 20-second target and 768P; aspect ratio follows the starting image. Authorized private validation sends the fixed positive motion text and uploaded image to SeeAPI for text and image checks, and the image and actual product generation instructions to the generation supplier. The existing 20-second validation recipe adds a fixed authorized original soundtrack after video generation. A separate, restricted 15-second test recipe sends the uploaded photo, an anonymous clay storyboard and a licensed 15-second recording to H3 during generation, and keeps its returned audiovisual output unchanged. The fixed storyboard is also image-checked. Full audiovisual and lip-sync acceptance of that separate candidate is pending. Before private storage and delivery, sampled output video frames receive NSFW checks. Check results and relevant task records support moderation and troubleshooting. Automated checks do not verify identity, likeness consent, copyright permissions or the complete audio track. We do not claim that the complete server-written safety envelope is externally text-checked. The generator accepts no custom prompts, reference-video or audio uploads. Real-output and complete audiovisual acceptance remain pending, and public generation is closed. Historical private files remain account-protected and are not public samples or acceptance evidence for this workflow. No public gallery of user work is enabled.
Analytics and technical records
Only after you allow analytics do we enable behavioral analytics and Google Analytics for selected public page paths and usage events. We do not send Google query parameters, URL fragments, referrer URLs, prompts, private media links, email addresses or passwords, and do not enable ad personalization. No Google analytics requests are sent before permission or after it is withdrawn. Your choice is stored on this device and can be changed in the footer. This site sets Google analytics cookies to expire after 90 days; this is not Google's data retention period. Necessary technical records may still support authentication, task state, errors and content-review decisions.
Retention and requests
Server-side media, account and review records do not yet have a published, verified automatic deletion schedule. The 24-hour local image-draft window is not a server-side deletion guarantee. Only one image is accepted through the generator, not custom prompts, reference-video or audio uploads. Request access, correction or deletion through support@bulin47aivideo.net. We verify account ownership and explain records retained for legal, transaction or security purposes. Self-service export or deletion of every stored record is not claimed.

Privacy policy: find the section for your task
This privacy policy explains how different stages of using the site involve different data. Reading a public guide, preparing an image locally, signing in, buying an allowance and submitting a generation do not all create the same records. For a privacy question about a particular item, first identify where it was provided. A local image draft helps continue prepared work on the same browser, while account and transaction records serve different purposes. The processing sections above are the source for those distinctions. This guide helps you navigate the privacy policy; it introduces no additional purpose for using your data.
Private media and privacy questions
Privacy also matters when asking for support. A private file link can permit media access and should not be posted publicly or included unnecessarily in a report. Prefer an order or task ID for a purchase or generation question. Explain the issue in words, or crop a screenshot to remove unrelated personal details. Support can identify the record through the normal account process. Keep passwords, verification codes and payment credentials out of the report. Another person’s private image is usually unnecessary for explaining a routine interface problem. Follow the contact process in this privacy policy if additional information is needed.
Privacy policy: local drafts and server records
This privacy policy explains how a local draft differs from server-held information. Removing prepared work from your browser does not necessarily delete uploaded assets, task history, transactions or support correspondence. Closing a browser tab likewise does not stop a submitted task. For a privacy request concerning a server-held item, state the item and include its identifier where available. Avoid attaching unrelated files or other people’s information. The privacy policy describes ownership verification and applicable retention considerations for access, correction and deletion requests. Read the response for the distinction between a completed change and any records the operator explains must be retained.
Privacy and the limits of content checks
A privacy policy and a content check answer different questions. Automated moderation may identify certain visual or text risks; it does not prove ownership of an image or permission to animate a likeness. Checks of sampled video frames are not a review of every audio segment or every intended use. For privacy information about model processing, read the provider-processing section before choosing material to submit. Retain the rights information relevant to your use, without assuming that moderation establishes consent. The privacy policy does not turn an upload, a passed check or a successful delivery into permission from the person depicted or the owner of protected material.
