Refund Policy and Cancellation
Read the refund policy for unused video packs, duplicate payments, failed delivery and cancellation, including request steps, review times and statutory rights.
Last updated: 2026-10-12
Effective date and scope
Effective date: 12 October 2026. This policy is in effect now and covers purchases of one-time video packs, cancellation, delivery issues and refund requests. Waffo payments are available for one-time video allowances. Available packs and the total payable amount are shown on the pricing and payment confirmation pages. Public generation remains closed during validation; purchasing does not unlock it, and no generation opening date is currently promised.
One-time purchases and delivery
Video packs are paid for once, with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Purchased unused allowances do not expire with the passage of time. Once the payment provider confirms payment, the purchased allowance is added to the account used for the purchase. Video generation begins only after a generation task is submitted. If you were charged but did not receive the allowance, contact support so we can reconcile the order; if we cannot provide it, we refund the corresponding payment. Processing time depends on the provider and queue. Closing the website does not cancel a paid order or stop a task.
Refund eligibility
- A fully unused pack is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and none of its allowance has been used. Pending or uncertain tasks are reconciled before determining whether any allowance was used or a video delivered; the 7-day deadline is based on when we receive your request.
- Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors are refunded for the duplicate or incorrectly charged amount.
- A confirmed generation failure for which we cannot deliver a video is eligible for a refund of the affected unused allowance, even after the 7-day period above. A paid allowance that we still cannot provide after reconciliation is also eligible for a refund.
- For a partially used pack, a delivery-failure refund equals the amount actually paid for that order multiplied by the eligible allowances divided by the total allowances in the pack. We do not retroactively reprice videos already used. Taxes attributable to the refunded portion are handled by the payment provider under applicable law.
- Successfully delivered videos, subjective dissatisfaction, a change of mind after use, or a wish to generate another version are generally non-refundable. Applicable statutory exceptions remain available.
Failed generations and restored allowances
When a generation failure is confirmed, the affected allowance is released or restored for reuse. If provider acceptance or the final outcome is uncertain, we first reconcile the task to avoid duplicate generation or deductions. A temporary timeout or delivery retry is not a confirmed failure. Restoring an allowance is not a cash refund. To request money back, use the process below. If a refund is approved, we deduct or revoke the corresponding restored allowance so the same purchase cannot be both refunded and used.
Cancellation
Before payment is completed, you can leave checkout without an additional charge from us for doing so. If the payment provider has already confirmed payment, the refund conditions above apply. There is no subscription renewal to cancel. Submitted generation tasks currently have no self-service cancellation, and closing the page does not stop them. You may contact support to request that an unprocessed task be stopped, but we cannot guarantee that a task already submitted to a provider can be stopped. A cancellation request does not by itself approve a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@bulin47aivideo.net from your purchasing account email with the subject "Refund request". Include your account email, order or transaction ID, affected task ID if available, and the reason for your request. Signed-in users may also submit an account support ticket. You do not need to sign in to read this policy or email a request. Do not send passwords, full card details, payment credentials or private media access links. We review the relevant order, payment and task records.
Response times and refund method
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and normally communicate a decision within 5 business days. If more time is needed, we explain why and provide the next update time. Once approved, we submit the refund through the payment provider to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks or payment providers typically take a further 5–10 business days to post the refund; actual timing may be longer and depends on their processing rules. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China. A failed task or restored allowance does not automatically initiate a cash refund.
Statutory rights and policy changes
This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights under applicable law. Where the law requires a more favorable remedy, that requirement applies. Updates will state a new effective date and will not retroactively reduce the rights applicable to orders already purchased.
Refund policy for unused packs and delivery failures
This refund policy explains how to identify the purchase or task you want reviewed. Start with the refund situation: a fully unused purchase, a duplicate charge, a paid allowance that has not appeared, or a confirmed generation failure that cannot be delivered. Record the purchase date and order reference before writing a refund request. If a task is involved, include its ID and current state. A temporary processing delay is not a confirmed failure; avoid submitting another task merely to test its status. The refund eligibility, cancellation and timing sections above govern the request. This reading guide does not add a condition or change the date used to assess a refund.
Refund policy: restored allowances and cash refunds
An allowance restored after a failed task is account credit; it does not establish that a cash refund has reached your original payment method. This refund policy explains how a cash refund follows a separate request, review and payment-provider process. For a refund follow-up, keep the order reference and any support reply together so the purchase, task outcome and refund status can be matched. Use those identifiers instead of card credentials or private media links. If the status is unclear, identify the allowance balance or payment transaction you are checking. The published refund policy preserves applicable statutory rights and explains how an approved refund affects the corresponding allowance.
