Preview scope

Bulin 47 Video provides a video tool requiring only one image upload. Use a starting image you own or are authorized to animate. The product fixes original freestyle motion instructions and video settings; no prompt writing or parameter selection is required. Images of fictional adult characters are allowed. The uploaded image is the sole reference for the lead character’s appearance. Text instructions guide movement and framing; the input image is not edited to swap faces. We do not provide AI face swapping, real-person impersonation, voice cloning, reference-video uploads or audio uploads. Unauthorized recreation of protected characters, songs or performances is prohibited. The project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47 or the model providers. Native MiniMax H3 image-to-video targets about 20 seconds at 768P, in a fixed 9:16 portrait composition. Real-output and complete audiovisual acceptance remain pending. Duration and dimensions may be rounded slightly; actual specifications must be checked on the new delivered file. Public generation remains closed; purchasing does not unlock it. Waffo payments are available for one-time video allowances. Preparing an image does not submit or deliver a video, and historical short clips do not establish acceptance of this workflow.

Accounts and media permissions

Keep account credentials private. You must be entitled to use the starting image for the requested video and intended subsequent uses, including any required likeness permission for identifiable people. Fictional adult characters, original dance and everyday scenes are allowed. Do not request face swapping, real-person impersonation, voice cloning or unauthorized recreation of protected characters, brands, songs, recordings or specific performances. Safety bypasses, content promoting terrorism, extremism or mass violence, and technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited. Uploading an image or passing a check does not establish permission. Exclusive rights in generated output are not promised; review the video and applicable rights before sharing or commercial use.

Acceptable use: prohibited content

• Pornographic, NSFW or sexually explicit content.
• Violent or gory content.
• Hate content targeting people or protected groups.
• Child sexual exploitation or other harm to children.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or non-consensual use of another person’s likeness.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized footage, music or misleading endorsement.

Moderation and reporting

Before generation, SeeAPI checks the fixed positive motion text for risks including sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, harassment and self-harm, and checks the uploaded image for NSFW and related image risks. Sampled output video frames receive NSFW checks before private storage and delivery. We do not claim that the complete server-written safety envelope is externally text-checked. Automated checks can miss content and do not verify identity, likeness consent, copyright permissions or the complete audio track, or guarantee suitability for publication. Real-output and full listening acceptance remain pending; review every complete video before sharing. Do not bypass safety controls. Prohibited use may be blocked and account access may be restricted. Report task IDs and concerns through support@bulin47aivideo.net without sending private credentials. The operator manually reviews reports and relevant records, and may restrict access to or remove prohibited content under our control. No public gallery of user work is enabled.

Purchases and refunds

One-time video allowances can be purchased through Waffo. Public generation remains closed during validation; purchasing does not unlock it, and no generation opening date is currently promised. Video packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. A fully unused pack is eligible for a full refund requested within 7 days of purchase. Successfully delivered videos are generally non-refundable; duplicate charges, paid allowances not received, and confirmed generation failures that cannot be delivered are eligible for the corresponding refund. Confirmed failed generations restore the affected allowance; this is not a cash refund, and uncertain tasks must first be reconciled. Contact support@bulin47aivideo.net for a cash refund. Conditions, cancellation rules and processing times are published at /refund-policy. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be unavailable during validation. Do not rely on the preview for time-sensitive delivery. These terms will be updated when the product or policies change.

Content reports

Report suspected prohibited content, non-consensual use of a likeness, impersonation, or copyright/trademark infringement to support@bulin47aivideo.net with the subject "Content report". You do not need an account to report. Include the task ID or public page URL, a description of the concern, and information needed to identify the material. Do not send passwords, payment details, API keys, or private access links. Do not attach illegal material.

Report handling and response times

The operator monitors the reporting inbox and acknowledges reports within 2 business days. We normally communicate the outcome within 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China. If a case needs more time, we will explain the delay and state when the next update is expected. We examine the report and relevant service records, and may restrict access to or remove prohibited content under our control. We communicate the outcome to the reporter where appropriate. Urgent safety concerns are prioritized when received; this inbox is not a continuously staffed emergency service.
